Position Summary:
The Junior Digital Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the management and execution of projects related to the development and optimization of our client's loyalty platform. This role will focus on operational and support tasks to ensure deliverables meet established objectives, working closely with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic Project Management:
- Assist in planning and tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to team leaders.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Coordinate with technology, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Facilitate communication between involved departments.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for operational inquiries related to projects.
- Keep stakeholders informed about project status.
Monitoring and Analysis:
- Perform basic data analysis related to platform performance.
- Propose operational improvements based on key metrics and feedback.
Support in Agile Methodologies:
- Participate in agile meetings (stand-ups, retrospectives) and assist in sprint planning.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in digital projects or technology platforms.
- Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Desirable: familiarity with loyalty programs or loyalty platforms.
- Advanced level of English.
