The role:

• Extensive expertise in Business Intelligence tools, with experience in designing and developing dashboards.
• Strong analytical capabilities, skilled in extracting valuable insights from complex data and creating clear data visualizations and dashboards.
• Deep understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data warehouse architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel). Knowledge of data science methods using programming languages such as Python is a plus.
• Active involvement in sharing insights with relevant stakeholders in an easily understandable manner.
• Skilled at transferring knowledge and delivering impactful presentations and data stories to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences, including both business and technical groups.
• Detail-oriented with a solution-focused mindset.
• Adaptable to rapidly changing technologies used in application development.

Key Expertise:

• At least 5 years of experience in report and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI).
• At least 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse development, Oracle RDBMS, data modeling, and SQL.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering user training in Business Intelligence solutions and self-service analytics.
• At least 2 years of experience in deploying machine learning models in Business Intelligence applications (e.g., integrating Power BI with Python or Azure Machine Learning Studio).
