About The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in the institutional asset management business by enhancing internal processes and operational efficiency while navigating regulatory changes. You will work closely with support functions to ensure we remain compliant, agile, and competitive. Through collaboration and networking with internal teams across both business and IT, you will also have the opportunity to explore and be exposed to various parts of the business value chain.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Drive process improvement initiatives across teams by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and implementing enhancements to strengthen client delivery and operations.
- Monitor and interpret financial regulations relevant to institutional asset management.
- Formulate and conduct analysis on business needs and regulatory changes into actionable requirements that can be developed.
- Prepare internal materials and communications and support awareness and training on process changes and regulatory topics.
- Contribute to risk assessments and related documentation.
- Preferably 2–3 years of work experience in analysing business and regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in a regulated financial organization is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and manage complex information and data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in Finnish and English is required; Swedish considered an advantage.
