What we're looking for

As a Product Designer at Medius, you’ll play a key role in shaping the end-to-end user experience—from ideation and research to design and launch. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, impactful product experiences that meet user needs while driving business goals.

Your role is more than just design—you’ll identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and advocate for users while ensuring alignment with business objectives. You’ll be a part of a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment where experimentation, learning, and iteration are encouraged.

Some of the tasks you will be performing

• Design user-centric, data-driven experiences that enhance growth and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to bring ideas to life.
• Communicate design concepts effectively, both visually and verbally, to a range of stakeholders.
• Own the design process, validate ideas through user feedback, and iterate based on insights.
• Provide and seek constructive design feedback to continuously improve our work.
• Contribute to refining Medius' design processes and establish best practices.
  
  

Requirements For The Position

• 2+ years of experience in Product Design.
• Strong UX, UI, and product thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines.
• Understanding of the full product development cycle—research, problem definition, ideation, design, validation, and iteration.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
• A growth mindset—you’re always learning and looking to improve.

• Languages:
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
  

Nice to have

• Experience working on FinTech or technical SaaS products.
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
• Interest or experience in AI and its applications in SaaS.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, international environment.
