iO Associates are excited to be working with the UK's number one data management company, who focus on the secure migration, archiving and quality assurance of patient data. The company are rapidly expanding and looking to hire a PMO Manager on a permanent basis.

You will play a pivotal role in the organisation's Project Management framework - collaborating closely with stakeholders and project managers. You will manage resource planning and forecast demand across cross-functional teams to ensure optimal allocation for project success. This includes balancing resources to meet timelines, maintain quality, and stay within budget, while aligning with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and budgets, ensuring compliance with PMO processes and standards
  • Facilitate project meetings to foster collaboration and track project performance against key metrics
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, supporting resource allocation and utilisation
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, milestones, and opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of project management practices and tools within the PMO

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent level of qualification/experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or PMO roles, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Jira, NetSuite is desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
