The Role:

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our core engineering team (currently 4 people). You’ll be building scalable backend services, sleek front-end interfaces, and working directly on a product that’s transforming workflows and solving real-world problems. You'll also have a say in shaping the direction of the product and the team culture as we scale.

This is a hybrid role, with 1–2 days of work-from-home flexibility and an exciting opportunity to join at the ground floor of a startup primed for growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop robust backend services and REST APIs
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end features using Vue.js and Tailwind
• Optimize Postgres queries and ensure high-performance data flow
• Write clean, well-tested code with Git and CI best practices
• Take full ownership of features from design through deployment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design to create great experiences

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Must-Haves:

• Solid foundation in object-oriented programming (Laravel or PHP frameworks preferred)
• Strong frontend experience with Vue.js
• Comfortable working with Postgres or similar relational databases
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like PHPUnit
• High ownership mindset and strong team communication

🌟 Nice-to-Haves:

• 2–3 years in a SaaS startup or high-growth tech environment
• Experience scaling APIs and backend services
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and Agile teams
• An eye for UI/UX and user-centered design

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Active GitHub portfolio or side projects
• Interest in applying Generative AI to real-world use cases
