Business Information Systems Analyst

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a Business Information Systems Analyst to join our team.

The Business Information Systems Analyst will function as a subject matter expert across a number of projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with senior management daily and excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed weekly Information Systems Analyst reports for line management, analysis, and presentations.

• Liaison with Line Management on data requirements

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues

• Create and maintain documentation for report generation

• Facilitate knowledge transfer to share insights

• Serve as a primary point of contact for technical support

• Escalate complex issues to IT Support and work with them for resolution

Essential Experience

• High-energy with strong multi-tasking skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Highly numerate with strong attention to detail. Strong process and systems orientation, analytical skills and organisational skills.

• Advanced IS systems exposure, Power BI in particular.

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency, in addition to the full Microsoft Office suite.

• Ability to work with change and in a fast paced, growing environment.

• Bachelor's degree required

• Previous experience utilising Data Analysis Systems.

• Proficient in Power Bi and MS Excel.
