You'll be the one making sense of the numbers, spotting trends, and empowering us to make smart decisions.


Here's how you'll contribute:

  • Be Our Data Guru: Dig into our HR data – from timekeeping to employee surveys – and weave them into clear, insightful reports that tell the story of our team.
  • Offer Sound Advice: Translate complex data into easy-to-understand reports and presentations, helping our HR Manager make informed choices that benefit everyone.
  • Streamline and Innovate: Champion the implementation of new HR data systems and processes, making information easier to manage and use.
  • Help Build a Great Place to Work: Use your analysis to recommend policies and activities that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
  • Support Our Team: Be the friendly face for employee queries, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported.
  • Welcome New Starters: Organise engaging onboarding and induction programmes, setting new employees up for success from day one.
  • Ensure We're Doing Things Right: Assist with internal HR compliance audits, keeping us on the right side of the law.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Solid administrative skills, ideally with a background in Business Administration, HR, or something similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • A knack for analysing data and solving problems.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, primarily excel with the ability to create spreadsheets, graphs, and presentations.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • The ability to drive to the location as the role is fully onsite.


Remuneration Package

€35,000 - €45,000 plus benefits
