Business Development/Product Owner

We are looking for Business Development/Product Owner for our Riga office.

We are currently seeking a talented and driven Business Development/Product Owner to join us on our journey of building the future of business banking.

What you will be doing:

• Identify and explore new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market channels;

• Drive discovery and validation of product-market fit with SMB and SME segments;

• Translate business insights into product features and collaborate closely with design and development teams;

• Prioritize the product backlog and maintain alignment with business goals;

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new features — from idea to launch;

• Act as a bridge between strategic business vision and tactical product execution;

• Support negotiations, pilot programs, and partner onboarding from a product angle.

What it takes to succeed in this role:

• 5+ years of experience in either Business Development or Product Ownership (or both);

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

• Ability to think strategically while managing operational detail;

• Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and executive teams;

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
