We’re hiring a Consumer Operations Specialist to join our growing operations team in Vilnius. You’ll support the financial backbone of our consumer products by helping manage daily transaction flows, resolving complex payment issues, and improving internal processes. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Monitor and process fiat and crypto transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, including delayed or failed payments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Compliance, Engineering, Product, Customer Success
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate workflows
• Document internal processes and contribute to operational readiness for new products
• Provide insight into payment flows and customer behavior that inform decision-making
  
  

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 3+ years of experience in financial operations, payments, fintech, or support
• Understanding of fiat payment systems (SEPA, SWIFT, cards) and a basic grasp of crypto transactions
• Strong analytical skills and intermediate SQL skills
• Comfortable working with internal tools and handling sensitive financial data
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A proactive, team-first approach

• Experience with operational tools (e.g. Jira, Notion, Excel)
