Information Security Analyst

We are currently working with a Cryptocurrency/Fintech business in the Netherlands looking to grow their information security team. This is an exciting scale up environment, with the chance to play a critical role ensuring the security, resilience and compliance of their infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the firm’s information security policies, standards, and frameworks in alignment with DORA, ISO 27001, and NIST
• Conduct risk assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management to identify and mitigate security risks
• Oversee incident response and threat intelligence to protect the firm from cyber threats and fraud
• Ensure security compliance with regulatory requirements (DORA, MiCA, GDPR) and industry best practices

Experience needed:

• 3+ years of experience in information security , cybersecurity, or risk management within financial services, fintech, or crypto industries
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, network security, and endpoint protection
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as DORA, MiCA and GDPR
• Familiarity with blockchain security, crypto custody solutions, and private key management best practices
