AI Project Manager for Clinical Operations

Do you want to be a key player in accelerating the implementation and impact of Artificial Intelligence in Clinical Operations? Our client is looking for individuals who can support new Clinical Operations projects by executing the AI roadmap, managing strategic AI project portfolio, and defining a sustainable AI organizational model.

Key Objectives and Activities:

• AI Roadmap Execution Support: Provide strategic support and reporting to the GCO AI Sponsor and Leadership Team, including the Development Leadership Team, to ensure alignment and facilitate the delivery of the established AI roadmap.
• AI Portfolio Management: Establish and manage a dynamic portfolio of AI projects specifically targeted at clinical operations. This includes:
• Identifying and evaluating high-potential AI initiatives
• Prioritizing projects based on strategic fit, feasibility, and expected impact on clinical operations
• Strengthening AI Implementation: Oversee initiatives aimed directly at integrating and enhancing the use of AI tools and techniques within core clinical operations processes.
• Future Organizational Design: Contribute actively to the analysis and design of a future-proof organizational structure for the AI team, ensuring it effectively supports long-term AI ambitions within GCO.

Key Requirements:

• Very good knowledge/understanding of Global Clinical Operations, including current operating model, products, processes, etc.
• Very good understanding of the global clinical operations process landscape and process design in Adonis (including SOPs)
• Experience in pharma and healthcare
• Proven ability to navigate the complexities of cross-functional senior stakeholders and deliverables
• Capability (based on previous interactions and knowledge) to support GCO leadership teams in defining strategic recommendations for AI strategic roadmap and AI project implementation
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, ICH standards, etc.
