What You'll Do

As a Java Software Developer, you’ll work in an agile, highly collaborative environment to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. You will contribute to digital transformation projects for clients across various industries, applying your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java
• Implement and support scalable microservices in cloud environments (Kubernetes)
• Create and manage RESTful APIs (GraphQL experience is a plus)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting
• Apply object-oriented principles and design patterns to create robust solutions
• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and domains
• Ensure the quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in backend development using Java
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Solid experience with Spring Framework
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and design patterns
• Strong experience with algorithms and data structures
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture in cloud-native environments
• Proficient in building RESTful APIs (GraphQL knowledge is an advantage)
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Team-oriented with a proactive, collaborative mindset
• Experience with databases such as Neo4j, Elasticsearch, or Document DBs is a plus
