Requirements
Cerinte:
- Minim 6 luni experienta intr-o pozitie similara;
- Exprienta anterioara in a lucra cu Revisal.
- Gandire strategica si foarte bune abilitati de comunicare si relationare;
- Cunostinte avansate in legislatia muncii si cele mai bune practici de HR;
- Cunostinte bune de operare PC si pachet MS Office;
- Cunostinte de limba engleza medii.
- Se ocupa de semnarea contractelor de munca, eliberarea de adeverinte angajatilor etc..
- Este la curent, respecta si aplica legislatia muncii.
- Ofera consiliere si suport in aspectele legate de resursele umane.
- Asigura o comunicare eficienta intre angajati si departamentele companiei.
- Administreaza si actualizeaza baza de date a angajatilor.
- Respecta toate prevederile cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal.
