About The Team

Our Product and Technology teams are the Worldpayers behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we’re best known for. Striving for better, they never stand still — delivering impactful innovations that power transactions across the world.

Payouts is a ~$1T revenue market globally in 2024, expected to grow at high-single-digits over the next 5 years. You’ll be working on our Payouts Product which last year grew net revenue by 27% and supports some of the most recognizable brand names on the planet.

What You'll Own

• Build a strong understanding of merchant needs and the opportunities/constraints of the payments ecosystem
• Ensure we have a common understanding of product vision and measures of success
• Understand and define key questions / decisions and identify the research or analysis that supports resolution
• Ensure we plan coherent, consistent iterative incremental enhancements in our backlog
• Drive high quality, efficient, rapid decision making that is followed through
• Help drive continuous improvement in our product-engineering team
• Manage stakeholders to secure agreement and alignment
  
  

What You Bring

• Product ownership skills and experience in a software development environment
• Agile mindset – the ability to jump between vision, reality, insight, learning and incremental / iterative next steps along with a strong focus on value and results
• An understanding of quality of service in a Software-as-a-service provider
• Experience dealing with clients
• Stakeholder management
• Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and across organizational boundaries
• Ability to understand multiple user journeys and regional requirements.
  
  

Added bonus if you have

• Experience in financial services especially Payouts/Disbursements
• Knowledge of how money/digital assest move through regulated industry
• An interest in APIs, their design and lifecycle
