Project Manager

Our pharmaceutical client is seeking a Program/Project Management for the fast track implementation of a new global electronic Document Management System (eDMS) to ensure project implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Dynamic leader to own the implementation/replacement of a new eDMS system
• Lead and motivate project team
• Coordinate and manage the work of cross-functional teams
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Apply Veeva best practices and methodologies to project implementations.
• Successful project delivery: meeting the project objective, scope, timelines, resources and budget
• Identify and assess project risks and issues
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Ensure key stakeholders are engaged and informed, provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare, lead, document, report and follow-up on project meetings, workshops and SteerCo

Requirements:

• Must have 5-7 years software project implementation experience
• Senior multi-year/multi-project experience with complex eDMS/eQMS or Q processes software/system implementation in a GMP regulated environment - direct Veeva experience
• Formal PM training and certification
• Extensive experience in project management methodologies
• Experience in working in a global, multicultural environment
• Ideally experienced in project management in a CDMO environment
• Strong leadership skills
• Negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to interpret data, create reports, and use insights for decision-making.
• Languages: English (Fluent), German (Preferred)
