Product Designer

DigitalRoute processes data about how customers use digital services. Our software is used by telecoms, streaming services, SaaS companies, and many others. Why does this data matter? Data about usage helps companies send accurate invoices, improve customer experiences, and control how much of a service is used. It even helps companies create entirely new services based on customer behavior. We help some of the world’s most iconic brands shift to subscription and usage-based services.

In a world rapidly shifting toward a usage-based economy, we ensure the right data flows to the right places at the right time. Think of us as the backbone of enterprise data infrastructure.

It’s smart, important stuff. But here’s the deal: smart stuff gets really complicated, real fast.

That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Product Designer who can help us make complex systems less terrifying, more human, and ideally—usable without a PhD in data science.

What You'll Do

• Design things. From early sketches to shiny Figma prototypes that make engineers cry tears of joy (or at least mild relief).
• Translate tech-speak into user-friendly flows that make people say, “Ohhh, now I get it.”
• Talk to users. Ask questions. Uncover real problems. Then design like you mean it.
• Work with PMs, engineers, writers, and other smart humans who mostly know what they’re doing.
• Run small workshops, whiteboard like a boss, and push for clarity even when the world feels fuzzy.
• Help us avoid shipping features that make users want to scream into the void.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Experience designing actual products (not just mockups for Dribbble).
• You know your way around Figma and aren’t afraid of components, auto layout, or cursed plugin experiments.
• You can explain your design decisions without using the word “intuitive” 17 times.
• You think in systems, not just screens.
• You can zoom out and think strategically… and then zoom in and obsess over a 1px misalignment.
• You’re into and know about AI and how tools like builder.io or Lovable can supercharge your design process. (Bonus points if you’ve ever made something weird with it.)
• You can work independently without disappearing into the design ether
