• You lead and execute. You're comfortable switching between strategy and hands-on tasks;
• You’re a people mover. A true change ambassador who leads with clarity and courage;
• You’re an organizer. Planning, governance, timelines; yes please!
• You’re proactive, independent and calm in chaos (as long as you get to organize it);
• You’re an excellent communicator; verbally and in writing;
• You’re fluent in both Agile and stage-gate ways of working;
• You’re hands-on: from taking notes to coordinating workshops, you support the team wherever needed.

Bonus points if you:

• Speak Dutch and English;
• Have experience running multiple projects simultaneously;
• Are familiar with the dynamics of a scale-up or startup;
• Have worked with international stakeholders.

Job responsibilities

As Project Manager, you bring structure and clarity to our most strategic projects. From concept to delivery. You’ll lead teams, align stakeholders and manage progress across departments.

What you’ll do:

• Set up and manage full project plans: from scope to deliverables;
• Lead and support cross-functional teams;
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels;
• Identify and manage risks;
• Keep track of actions, decisions, and facilitate workshops;
• And most of all: make sure everyone moves forward together.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or similar (Master is a plus);
• Proven experience in complex project management;
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (SAFe, Scrum Master or Product Owner);
• Comfortable using tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc..
