Work Model:

• Hybrid: 2x week work from office
• Working hours: 9 AM to 5 PM (France working hours).

Location:

• Warsaw, Poland.

Budget:

• UoP: 22000 PLN gross / month
• B2B: 1500 PLN netto + VAT

Position Overview:

Join ASTEK Poland, as a Fullstack Developer in the Pilotage program. You will work in an agile environment, contributing to innovative digital transformation projects for the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) division.

You will join a multidisciplinary SCRUM team, working alongside a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical Leader, Developers, and a Quality Analyst to develop and maintain features for the Financing Business Monitoring application.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy new features for the web application.
• Maintain and enhance existing features (bug fixes, production support, etc.).
• Ensure adherence to craftsmanship and DevOps practices.
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies (3-week sprints).
• Collaborate with international teams (PIL1 in Poland and France).
• Share knowledge within the Dev Chapter of the Pilotage program.
• Perform release management and CI/CD practices.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in full-stack development.

Technical Skills:

• Frontend: Angular (50% of tasks).
• Backend: Java with Spring framework (50% of tasks).
• Proficient in SQL and DevOps tools.

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English.
• French is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work effectively.

Preferred Experience:

• Interest in the banking domain or prior experience in financial applications.
