NTT DATA is currently seeking ambitious and motivated Microsoft Account Manager to join our fast growing and exciting Consulting team in Turkey.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business / Engineering)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales
- Proficient in English
- Ability to identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities and related tasks
- Knowledgeable in using value-selling processes and methodologies
- Ability to tailor, articulate, and clearly communicate messages relevant to each target audience/receiver of information
- Ability to work across diverse teams, skillsets, and experience
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with complexities and ambiguities in the sales cycle
- Ability to develop trusted relationships with both external and internal stakeholders
- Problem-solving and consultative selling skills
- Thoroughness and attention to relevant details
- Ability to manage both strategic and operational responsibilities
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills to manage parallel opportunities

JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Microsoft Account Manager will serve as a pivotal leader in integrating Microsoft technologies into our product suite, utilizing their extensive experience in technology sales to develop new revenue streams. They will foster robust partnerships with Generalist Account Executives, Presales, and Marketing teams, ensuring a unified approach in expanding our Microsoft solution offerings and enhancing customer satisfaction and success.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Microsoft solutions and products to establish expertise within the company.
- Spearhead the integration of Microsoft solutions into the company's existing technology portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with Generalist Account Executives to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Conduct high-level conversations and presentations tailored to the needs of various stakeholders.
- Utilize value-selling techniques to effectively communicate the benefits of Microsoft solutions to customers.
- Engage with diverse teams and leverage a range of skill sets to foster a collaborative working environment.
- Navigate the complexities and ambiguities of the sales cycle with a problem-solving mindset.
- Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal team members to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution to optimize sales processes.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently, managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously with strong time-management skills.
- Exhibit a sincere passion for driving customer success and satisfaction through Microsoft technologies.
- Understand and implement Microsoft's Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, adapting it to company goals and market conditions.
- Align efforts with the Presales and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and brand positioning.
- Act as a guide and mentor within the organization for Microsoft solutions, providing training and support as needed.
