💸 The Role

This is more than just a design role — it’s about leading the full user journey and shaping how people interact with money every day. You’ll influence product features, contribute to strategy, and create seamless, intuitive experiences that make complex financial concepts feel effortless.

🧠 What You’ll Do?

 • Take full ownership of the product design process, from research through to launch.

 • Identify user problems and craft thoughtful, user-centered solutions.

 • Create and test high-quality prototypes to validate ideas.

 • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful designs.

 • Define the visual identity and help shape the product direction across the entire platform, including Mobile, Web, and Internal Dash Boards.

💪 What You Bring?

 • A portfolio that highlights your complete design process, from concept to final results.

 • 2+ years of experience designing digital products (Mobile, Web, or Dash Boards).

 • Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.

 • A strong interest in financial products or a willingness to learn quickly.

 • A data-informed mindset with a focus on user needs.

 • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

⚡ Bonus Points

 • Experience designing for fintech or complex, data-driven products.

 • Contributions to product strategy or roadmap planning.

 • Understanding of how design drives user growth and engagement.

 • Skills in motion design or creating micro-interactions.
