Your role
Are you looking for a design challenge in an agile working environment? You will work within our Agile Delivery Organization and support the teams with the best user experience end to end. To do so, you will work closely with product managers, UX researchers, engineers, data analysts, and other UX experts. Additionally, having a background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) will be a significant plus, as it will help enhance our digital experiences and improve conversion rates.

We're looking for someone who will:

• develop and implement interaction models and user interface designs for financial solutions in e-banking, mobile banking, or on ubs.com.
• collaborate on prototypes, scenarios, and end-to-end experiences with product owners.
• create wireframes and storyboards to conceptualize design using prototyping skills and visual elements.
• drive experience activities using your strong design thinking and growth mindset to develop new digital experiences.
• Develop and implement interaction models and user interface designs for web financial solutions.
• work with engineering teams, frontend, and backend developers in Scrum teams.
• analyze website performance and user behaviour using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other analytics platforms is a plus (CRO aspect).
• develop and implement A/B testing and multivariate testing strategies to improve conversion rates is a plus (CRO aspect).
• create detailed reports on test results and provide actionable insights and recommendations is a plus (CRO aspect).

Channels & Platforms UBS Switzerland team is constantly looking for new talents. Join Experience Design Center of Excellence (CoE) team, work closely with design, product, and client needs teams to support the organizational transformation toward a client
centric design organization and shape client experiences. This role operates in an agile setup in our Wroclaw office, with a hybrid work model (UBS office & remote).

Your expertise

• at least 5 years of experience in UX Design, Interaction, and/or Visual Design (ideally in the financial sector).
• demonstrable experience working as a designer on software products.
• proficiency with design tools (Sketch, InVision, Figma).
• strong visual design/layout/typography skillset.
• familiarity with the aspects of the UX spectrum - discovery and exploration, user research, information architecture, user testing, A/B testing, user journeys.
• degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• fluent English
• experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) and A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) is a plus (CRO aspect).
