About the Role

We are seeking an AI Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive innovation through advanced AI and ML technologies, with a focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role is ideal for someone passionate about applying cutting-edge AI solutions in real-world financial services contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI and LLMs.
• Work with modern APIs and platforms, including Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Databricks, and major cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Integrate tools like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and Vector Databases to build scalable AI workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in banking and investment domains to identify and solve business challenges using AI.
• Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and business value.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Probability, Statistics, Linear Algebra, and core AI/ML concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning and Generative AI models.
• Proficiency in Python, with familiarity in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Experience working in or with financial services or banking is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
