Job Responsibilities:

Provide first-line support to users for password reset, account setup.

Provide first-line technical support to users experiencing issues with hardware, software, and other systems.

Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve basic technical problems.

Respond to and manage incoming technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems.

Able to perform basic software installation, and configuration.

Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless support for end-users.

Good level of spoken English

Willing to come to the office at least twice a week.
