Role Overview
The Digital and E-Commerce Specialist in Perfume and Luxury will support the strategic and operational aspects of Ramasat Group’s and Cunzite digital and e-commerce platforms across. This role focuses on driving online sales, optimizing user experience, managing agency relationships, aligning digital marketing strategies with business objectives, overseeing affiliate and influencer programs, and providing actionable insights and operational excellence in digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Operations
• Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee functionality, performance, and optimization of e-commerce platforms, including country-specific versions.
• Collaborate internally to ensure smooth operations (product listings, inventory updates, pricing strategies).
• Monitor and enhance UX/UI, conduct continuous A/B testing, and optimize conversion rates and average order value (AOV).
Digital Agency and Paid Media Coordination
• Act as a key liaison with external digital agencies or paid media specialists for SEO, SEM, PPC.
• Ensure campaign alignment with objectives; monitor specialists’ performance to maximize ROI.
• Provide regular performance feedback and identify improvement areas.
• Support paid media campaigns across platforms; manage creative agencies or internal teams to deliver required assets.
Data Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyze KPIs (traffic, conversions, cart abandonment, revenue growth).
• Develop performance dashboards, presenting actionable insights to management.
• Regularly evaluate SEO and paid media performance.
• Optimize CRM system to enhance customer segmentation, engagement, retention, and ensure compliance with international (GDPR, CCPA) and local GCC data privacy laws (e.g., UAE PDPL, Saudi PDPL).
• Monthly reporting on marketing insights and e-commerce performance.
Affiliate and Influencer Management
• Coordinate affiliate marketing programs with clear KPIs and tracking.
• Oversee influencer collaborations, aligning goals with brand messaging.
• Work closely with Community Manager and Content Creator for effective execution.
Collaboration with Creative & Social Teams
• Align with Creative team on e-commerce creative assets (banners, visuals) to meet platform and campaign goals.
• Coordinate with Social Media team to align organic strategies with e-commerce objectives.
• Provide campaign input aligning with promotional plans and e-commerce targets.
• Activate and optimize email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with customer engagement strategies.
Creative Team Coordination
• Ability to coordinate and guide the creative team internally and externally to develop and deliver digital and e-commerce assets effectively.
Innovation & Optimization
• Stay updated on digital marketing and e-commerce trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Recommend and implement tools, technologies, and processes to enhance e-commerce performance.
• Work with internal developers to implement technical optimizations, including backend management, API integrations, and ERP interactions.
• Monitor and optimize mobile apps, ensuring alignment with e-commerce objectives and mobile UX excellence.
Online Marketing Budget Coordination
• Support the development, allocation, and management of the online marketing budget, aligning with business objectives.
• Monitor and control spending to maintain cost-efficiency without compromising campaign effectiveness.
• Evaluate ROI for marketing expenditures, optimizing resources for maximum revenue growth.
• Ensure budget adherence working with digital agencies, internal teams, and vendors.
Marketplace & Third-Party Channel Coordination
• Assist in evaluating and managing presence on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, regional platforms).
• Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions to drive incremental revenue growth.
Customer Service & Post-Purchase Experience
• Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to enhance fulfillment strategies, returns management, customer service excellence, and loyalty programs.
Omnichannel Coordination
• Support omnichannel retail initiatives, integrating and aligning online and offline experiences to provide a cohesive customer journey.
• Leverage data insights across touchpoints for personalized customer experiences.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices, managing risks and threats effectively.
• Maintain compliance with international (GDPR, CCPA) and regional data protection regulations (e.g., UAE PDPL, Saudi PDPL) and secure digital transactions.
Key Deliverables
• Revenue Growth: Support achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Performance Reports: Deliver monthly dashboards summarizing e-commerce performance, insights on CRM effectiveness, and marketing performance.
• Affiliate/Influencer ROI: Contribute to measurable e-commerce revenue.
• User Experience (UX): Ensure optimized customer journeys across e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience (4-8 years) managing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
• Strong SEO, Paid Media (SEM/PPC), and e-commerce best practices.
• Analytical mindset; proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, tracking tools.
• Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, reporting skills; able to present insights and recommendations clearly.
• Familiarity with affiliate/influencer marketing.
• Expertise with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Candidates must have prior experience working in a luxury brand, ideally within the luxury cosmetics or beauty industry. This is a mandatory requirement, as it ensures understanding of premium brand positioning, consumer behavior, and high-end digital execution.
