This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong technical skills in data analysis and visualization, and a keen interest in organizational design and workforce modeling.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Support manpower planning by providing data-driven insights on current and future workforce needs.
- Deliver workforce analytics to enable strategic decision-making within OD management.
- Prepare and update organizational structures using tools such as Visio or Org Manager.
- Analyze headcount data and integrate it into various reports and dashboards.
- Prepare periodic headcount reports and summaries related to OD and staffing.
- Maintain and regularly update the workforce model, reflecting changes in structures, promotions, and headcount.
- Create and maintain positions, titles, and structures in the Oracle HR system.
- Develop presentations for management meetings to communicate workforce trends and planning insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field—preferably within a fast-paced, data-driven environment in a medium to large organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for designing, building, and maintaining dynamic dashboards and reports.
- Experience in workforce planning and organizational design, aligning headcount strategies with business goals and regulatory expectations.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to assess talent gaps and deliver strategic recommendations.
