We're looking for an experienced Network Engineer to support the architecture, deployment, and upkeep of enterprise-wide network systems with a strong focus on security and performance. This role also entails providing advanced support for complex networking incidents and enhancements across global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, implement, and optimize local and wide-area network infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
- Troubleshoot and resolve 3rd-level alerts across the network ecosystem
- Maintain system monitoring tools and generate network performance reports
- Ensure proper documentation for all systems and changes
- Execute on-call duties and non-business hours support as required
- Install and configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other core network tools
- Conduct system upgrades, patching, and configuration hardening
- Ensure network availability, monitor capacity, and plan for scaling needs
- Collaborate within established change control protocols
- Work closely with vendors and IT partners to resolve complex issues
- Participate in security policy implementations and internal technical training
Your Skills & Expertise:
- 5-8 years of proven expertise in network operations and infrastructure
- CCNP required
- Deep knowledge of Cisco networking (Catalyst, Nexus series)
- Proficient in routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and switching concepts (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel)
- Experienced with Cisco ASA, ISE, and WLC; familiarity with Cisco Firepower, SDWAN (Silver Peak), and ACI is a plus
- Skilled in troubleshooting security configurations, VPNs, AAA, and firewalls
- Comfortable with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and load balancing (NetScaler, F5)
- Able to work with complex enterprise applications and analyze network health metrics
