PMO Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and PMP-certified PMO Project Manager to manage and oversee IT projects across the organization. This role requires a fluent Arabic speaker with strong project leadership skills and the ability to drive delivery excellence through structured methodologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and closure aligned with PMO frameworks.
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Implement quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Support vendor selection processes and RFP evaluations.
• Coordinate testing phases and ensure deliverables meet defined standards.
• Maintain documentation including project plans, reports, and SOPs.
• Act as a key liaison between business units, suppliers, and technical teams.

Requirements:

• PMP Certification (mandatory)
• Fluent Arabic speaker (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a financial institution's IT PMO
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, risk management, and vendor coordination
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
