Job Description

We are seeking an HR Automation & ATS Manager to become a part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and customize ATS to align with recruitment workflows and business requirements.
• Communicate with ATS support to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
• Handle requests and provide solutions to the TA team regarding system functionality.
• Collaborate with our internal tech team on system integrations and technical configurations.
• Create and maintain detailed manuals and onboarding documentation for system users.
• Conduct system trainings and onboarding sessions for hiring managers and recruiters.
• Monitor system performance and propose automation initiatives to improve team efficiency
  
  

Qualifications

Skills and Experience Needed:

• Previous experience working with an ATS (SmartRecruiters is a plus).
• Strong project management or account management skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate tech speak into clear business language.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for creating clear, user-friendly documentation.
• English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

• Experience with HR tech tools and integrations Basic understanding of recruitment processes and metrics.
