Project Manager, Customer Solution Management - Proficient in English (Fully Remote within Argentina)

When creating a business-driven product within a dynamic industry, excellence in delivery and customer relationship management is fundamental. Our Program Managers are responsible for managing the end-to-end relationship with the customers from an operational point of view, while being a liaison with the internal Avature Teams teams, and ensuring quality and project delivery in a timely manner.

Your Challenges And Objectives

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders both within the company and with our customers.
• Deliver complex projects in a timely manner.
• Gain thorough knowledge of our product and organization to pursue alignment and added value.
• Manage multiple projects with different needs simultaneously and properly prioritize them.
  
  

Your Day-to-day Activities

• Coordinate with our customers to gather requirements and agree on communication guidelines.
• Create and communicate project plans and ETAs, while identifying critical paths. Identify, communicate, and mitigate potential risks and delays.
• Report project status periodically.
• Continuously verify that projects are on track and within scope.
• Manage and prioritize daily requests (projects ) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify areas of opportunities in relation to new features and solutions.
  
  

About You

• Proficient in English.
• Proactive and fast learner.
• Outstanding communication and organization skills.
• Experienced in project management in the IT industry (waterfall and agile methodologies are a plus).
• Software implementation experience is valued.
