OUR HIRING PROCESS:

The Training and Onboarding Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring our global Client Success teams are equipped with the knowledge and resources necessary for success. This position involves coordinating training initiatives across multiple time zones, developing comprehensive training materials, and managing knowledge libraries. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth onboarding process and continued education for our team members.

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to connect, build rapport with individuals, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and understanding while maintaining a focus on company goals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides, for creating and managing training materials and data.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align training initiatives with overall company objectives.
  • Proven ability to identify and solve problems effectively, analyze training effectiveness, and adjust training plans accordingly.
