Role Description

This is a freelance remote role for a Web Developer. The Web Developer will be responsible for both front-end and back-end web development tasks, ensuring the functionality and design of websites, programming, and overall web development. The Web Developer will work closely with our creative team to execute and bring ideas to life in a digital format. While this is a freelance role, at Hatch, we thrive as a team while working on specific projects together. We enjoy remote work but also come together in our co-working space in Darlinghurst when face-to-face team colabs occur. Ability to travel to our offices for a day or two a month is a must.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Front-End Development and Web Design
• Experience in Back-End Web Development
• Strong skills in Web Development and Programming
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with the latest web development trends and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
