For one of our clients, a Swiss multinational investment bank and financial services company, we are currently looking for a Automation Solutions Developer (m/w/d).

Your role:

Are you passionate about delivering robust and scalable robotic process automation solutions? Do you have a knack for understanding business processes and how we can optimize and improve through a combination of process re-engineering and technological changes? Do you have a curious nature, always interested in finding ways to innovate?

We’re looking for someone like that to help us:

• partner and collaborate with Operations experts and IT teams across the organization to deliver robotic process automation solutions in a dynamic environment
• analyze business requirements, design implementable technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies and development best practices
• perform integration testing of robot process automation solutions into larger subsystems and the extended automation system
• increase efficiencies by utilizing technology
• drive and extent your skills towards cognitive solutions as well (e.g. machine learning, natural language processing/generation etc.)

Your experience and skills:

• Over 3 years of coding experience, with a strong foundation in Python and VB .NET within a Microsoft Windows-based enterprise software environment.
• Exceptional software troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of programming constructs.
• Proficiency in database management, including expertise in Access, SQLite, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience in API and WebApp development.
• Strong SQL skills.
• A quick grasp of information technology and a natural aptitude for solving complex issues.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills in German or other languages are a plus.
• A curious and collaborative mindset, comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technology concepts to non-technical audiences confidently.
