One of our companies is currently looking for a Junior IT Automation Engineer in Brazil / Argentina / Colombia / Peru / Ecuador / Mexico / Uruguay.

In this role, you'll be hands-on with real tools—helping to streamline IT workflows, integrate SaaS platforms, and experiment with cutting-edge AI solutions. Accountabilities:

• Assist in automating internal workflows using low-code tools like Make and n8n
• Support tool integration and system maintenance (e.g., Google Workspace, Jira, Notion)
• Work on AI-driven agentic systems using technologies like LangChain, CrewAI, and Cursor AI
• Participate in InfoSec operations such as access controls and incident response
• Collaborate on building automation prototypes and AI agents for internal use
• Document processes, maintain system integrity, and contribute to a culture of innovation
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong interest in AI automation, LLMs, and emerging agentic systems
• Basic experience with Python or JavaScript, ideally for automation or scripting
• Exposure to platforms like LangChain, OpenAI, or CrewAI, even through personal or online projects
• Familiarity with tools such as Make, Firebase, Notion, Jira, or n8n is a plus
• Understanding of IT systems, APIs, and cloud-based tools
• Excellent communication skills and self-management in remote, async-first teams
