We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Coach to lead and elevate agile practices across our organization and venture ecosystem.

• In this role, you will guide product teams, squads, and product owners toward high-impact delivery through lean, agile, and product-led methodologies.
• You will drive transformation at both the team and organizational level, ensuring alignment between product execution and strategic growth objectives.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Owner Guild: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing community of Product Owners by instilling a user-centric, growth-driven, startup-tested mindset.
• Coach Across Ventures & Services: Support internal squads and venture teams from ideation to scale-up, ensuring agile best practices and product-market fit.
• Transform Operating Models: Evolve internal playbooks to embed lean, agile, and product-led thinking into how ventures are built and scaled.
• Connect Product to Growth: Help teams build impactful product roadmaps focused on outcomes, not just outputs—linking product development with measurable growth levers.
• Enhance Agile Execution & Planning: Guide teams in OKR alignment, dual-track agile, continuous discovery, and rapid experimentation cycles.
• Systematize Success: Develop and scale reusable internal frameworks, templates, and rituals to accelerate execution across the company.
