What will you do?

• You source data from diverse channels such as databases, surveys, and external datasets.
• You ensure data accuracy and relevance by filtering and cleaning it.
• You use statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• You create reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
• You develop graphs, charts, and infographics to visualize data insights.
• You work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions.

Who are we looking for?

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• You're fluent in SQL and comfortable scripting in Python or R.
• You have hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau – from exploration to storytelling. You have in-depth knowledge of data modeling, relational databases, and ETL processes.
• You're experienced in statistical analysis, including regression and advanced modeling (SPSS, SAS or similar).
• You can clearly explain complex data topics to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• You're fluent in Dutch, with good command of French and English.
• You're curious, proactive, and passionate about solving complex data challenges.
