The global Product Manager is leading the product management to ensure that the roadmap is well executed, across a number of programs and collaborations with internal partners and external parties in relation to new product lines within the Continence care portfolio. The Product Manager is a highly-motivated, pragmatic, creative and organized people to be a vital member of a team dedicated to launch new products, and grow our market shares with our current portfolio. Essential Duties And Responsabilities
New products development
- Analyse market data with local teams, key stakeholders to evaluate unmeet needs
- Define portfolio offering for each category and lead product development with R&D to translate customer requirements into meaningful product features, or new products until commercialization
- Prepare competitive benchmarking to inform on new products concepts as well as market trends
- Prepare technical documentation including claims and support evidence generation for downstream marketing teams
- Manage annual long term process review with business development managers
- Prepare all pricing reviews with finance for each new product development
- Design launch campaign together with marketing communication team
- Coordinate all logistics and operational aspects with RA, supply, finance, local teams, MSA and R&D
- Plan budget for products developments
- Oversee financial analysis of business results after 1st year of launch
Life cycle Management
- Prepare, develop and execute annual marketing plan with key areas and specific campaigns to be developed
- Review countries developments options for portfolio and lead those activities with the factory
- Supervision of labelling activities
- Participate in change control regular meeting
- Prepare events for global marketing : digital or live annual training, development meetings, group visits in the factories, annual congress
- Lead strategic projects with regards to GMS responsibilities and linked to the implementation of new regulation such as MDR.
- Develop, maintain and grow relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders.
- Identify cost reduction initiatives and SKU management for product(s) and product stewardship.
Experience
3 to 5 years experience in a product management position in subsidiaries or at global level
English fluent is mandatory
