Graphic Designer - FTC

Job Purpose

We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team at Smartbox, a leading European brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your creative vision to life by producing and adapting artwork that captivates and inspires our customers.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of design solutions that align with our marketing strategies—from initial concept through to final production. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Illustrator and InDesign, with solid experience in Photoshop.

A collaborative spirit, strong communication with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Production, etc.), and the ability to manage and prioritize your workload to meet tight deadlines will be essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, adapt, and produce variations of designs for multiple countries and purposes.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and follow creative direction.
• Develop product visuals, packaging elements, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Deliver fresh and creative concepts based on briefs.
• Review and perform quality checks on artwork to ensure it is print-ready.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, the Production Team, and other internal stakeholders to create visually compelling artwork.
• Manage projects from concept to delivery, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Essential Skills & Competencies

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Graphic Design role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of printing processes and technical requirements, including photography and illustration.
• Strong creative ability and openness to constructive feedback.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to absorb and apply a wide range of information quickly; adaptability is crucial.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience with POS displays and photo retouching is a plus.
