The Role

You will have an amazing experience within the HR Department in Atlas Copco BLM, you will be part of an international Company where people can reach full potential, in an innovative, inclusive and customer focused culture.

Supported by your tutor and your colleagues, you will take part in various local and international projects, and you are likely to manage projects yourself as well.

You will be trained in several HR topics and learn to manage interesting HR processes.

Collaboration in the design, implementation and communication of HR projects such as:

• Wellbeing
• Welfare
• Diversity and Inclusion
• Climate Surveys and relative action plans
• People development:
  
  

Supporting staff training and development activities

• Brand awareness
  
  

Support the HR team in creating content material, activities and projects linked to our brand awareness

• Recruiting
  
  

Support in the recruiting process and preparation of documentation and organization of induction training for new hires

• Administrative tasks
• Support in internal personnel contracting activities and services related to HR management (employee letters, archiving of personnel-related documents)
• Analytics and reporting
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree inherent to the required role;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Excellent knowledge of the main tools of the MS Office package
• Flexibility, curiosity and proactivity
• Self-employed
