Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and maintaining employee work schedules in compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Collect and update data on employee availability and workload.
- Monitor staffing changes and requirements, promptly reporting any updates or potential risks.
- Prepare preliminary data and reports for HR resource analysis.
- Help create contingency plans to manage staff shortages.
- Communicate with other departments regarding changes or additions to work schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation and system organization related to workforce planning.
- Propose improvements for scheduling and more efficient planning.
- Suggest adjustments to staff allocation based on current data and demand.
- Communicate with employees to gather information about availability or schedule changes.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the use of workforce resources.
- Strong skills in Excel and/or workforce planning systems.
- Ability to process and analyze data effectively.
- Attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and address daily operational issues promptly
- Salary : 1700 - 1800 EUR / gross
