Role Overview: Compliance, Development, Marketing & Design Intern

This is an open internship role, where you’ll have the opportunity to choose from several focus areas based on your interests and expertise:

• Compliance & Sustainability Development
• Marketing & Content Creation
• UX/UI Design
• Web Development

Whether you are a developer, designer, or sustainability enthusiast, this internship will give you hands-on experience in real projects, working with our diverse team to develop solutions that help businesses meet sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities (Choose Based on Your Interest)1. Compliance & Sustainability Development

• Assist in building compliance frameworks for EUDR and carbon sequestration projects, including due diligence checklists, sustainability templates, and compliance dashboards.
• Conduct research on sustainability regulations, carbon offset methodologies, and sustainable agricultural practices.
• Support carbon sequestration initiatives such as regenerative agriculture projects and reforestation programs, helping to document and verify their environmental impact.

2. Marketing & Content Creation

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote OneCarbons’ services, focusing on building brand awareness and engaging with potential clients.
• Create compelling content for social media, newsletters, and blog posts that highlight OneCarbons’ mission and services.
• Work on promotional materials, such as brochures and infographics, that effectively communicate the benefits of our compliance and sustainability solutions.

3. UX/UI Design

• Design user-friendly interfaces for our compliance dashboard and other digital tools, ensuring they are intuitive and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with developers to bring your designs to life, focusing on improving the user experience and functionality of our website and digital platforms.
• Develop branding elements and visuals for marketing campaigns, making OneCarbons’ brand identity consistent and engaging.

4. Web Development

• Work on developing and maintaining the OneCarbons website, integrating interactive tools like compliance checklists and sustainability tracking dashboards.
• Support back-end and front-end development, ensuring smooth functionality and user-friendly features for clients accessing compliance resources.
• Collaborate with designers to implement UX/UI elements and ensure the site aligns with OneCarbons’ branding and strategic goals.
