Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products by:

• Define and Drive Product Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders across teams.
• Translate User Needs into Actionable Requirements: Gather and prioritize user needs, and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements that align with business objectives.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage teams of designers, engineers, and marketers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products within scope.
• Conduct Market Research & Data Analysis: Perform market research, analyze user feedback, and utilize data to inform product decisions, ensuring constant iteration and improvement.
• Ensure Successful Product Launches: Track product performance post-launch and gather metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product’s success.
• Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the leadership team to align product goals with business objectives, driving growth and innovation within the company.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital product environment.
• Track Record: Proven ability to take products from concept to successful launch.
• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Agile Experience: Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Experience in using analytics tools to inform and make data-driven decisions.
• UX/UI Familiarity: Understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to collaborate with designers to create a seamless user experience.

• Experience in SaaS, Tech, or Healthcare-related Products.
