Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will be a key player in shaping digital healthcare experiences. You’ll:

• Design, Prototype, and Develop New Features: Enhance healthcare efficiency by designing impactful features and products.
• Create Scalable, Universal Designs: Develop designs that work seamlessly across multiple platforms.
• Conduct User Research: Identify user needs through research, sketch solutions with prototypes, test ideas, and refine designs based on data and feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your digital product design work.
• UX/UI Design Proficiency: Experience in creating wireframes, flow maps, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• End-to-End Design Experience: Hands-on experience designing complex user flows (e.g., healthcare workflows).
• User-Centered Design Expertise: A deep understanding of user behavior, design patterns, and design principles.
• Visual Branding Skills: Ability to create cohesive product experiences and strong visual branding.
• Design Tools Expertise: Proficiency with tools like Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, or traditional sketching tools.
