Job Description
In Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives we are searching for a Training Coordinator (m/f/d) for our EMEA Training team. You are an organized and methodical individual with eyes for detail? You are self-driven with a proactive and global approach, possessing a growth mindset and an openness to new experiences and learning opportunities? The ability to balance a customer-oriented attitude within a business-driven environment is essential for you? We are looking forward to your application.

The preferred location is Offenbach in Germany, but it is also possible to work from other locations as Alcobendas in Spain, Vaasa in Finland, Torino in Italy or Grodzisk Mazowiecki in Poland. There is also the possibility of a remote role within the EMEA time zone.

The position will be filled time-limited for one year with the possibility of extension.

Job Responsibilities
Together with your training coordinator colleague you will be responsible for setting up our yearly training calendar by evaluating and prioritizing the trainings we need based on our strategy.

This Includes The Following Tasks
  • working in our Learning Management system with creating courses, pulling reports, scheduling course dates, uploading course content, troubleshooting user issues and answering internal and external user questions
  • evaluating on-demand training requests from a business perspective
  • answering learner requests and supporting them in finding the training that fits their needs and requirements
  • ensuring our trainers time can be focused on conducting training by utilizing globally service functions and checking trainer availability
  • be the voice of our department towards customers and stakeholders in connection with instructor lead training
  • communicating with customers regarding offers, price, training date, location, training content, equipment shipping, invoicing etc.

Background & Skills
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Previous experience in leading projects with a strong focus on stakeholder management and decision making based on strategy
  • Technical comprehension, particularly in frequency converters is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Intuitive understanding of navigating learning management systems, with experience in SABA or SAP SuccessFactors being a plus
  • Fluent English language skills. Speaking German or another European language is a plus
