🔥 What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Project Manager, you’ll lead digital marketing campaigns from concept through execution, optimization, and post-campaign reporting.
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- Define campaign strategies and provide all teams with clear marketing plans, briefs, and essential documentation.
- Collaborate with all marketing departments (Social Media, Client Acquisition, Client Retention, Website, Art & Creative) and global teams (Production, Dev, Supply Chain, etc.), keeping everyone aligned and informed at every stage of the campaign.
- Manage, align, and track all campaign deliverables across teams and partners, ensuring smooth progression through each phase until the final version.
- Coordinate licensed projects in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and maintain campaign management tools to monitor each campaign stage and resource allocation.
- Ensure marketing campaigns are launched on time, within budget, and across all channels, fully aligned with the defined strategy.
- Organize campaign debriefs and create post-campaign reports focusing on both performance and process improvements.

✅ What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign/project management (agency or in-house)
- Ability to quickly understand complex or unique products and translate that understanding into compelling marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns at once
- Excellent communication skills—especially important as you’ll align five marketing teams and work with many others globally.
- A solid grasp of multi-channel marketing (social, paid, email, website, etc.)—you don't have to be a specialist, but you get how it all connects in a campaign
- Confidence in building strategic campaign plans, strategies, offers, briefs.
- Independent, self-driven, and proactive mindset
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
- Experience working on global marketing campaigns or with international teams (a big plus!)
- Comfortable with tools like Asana, Miro, Figma, Excel, Notion, and ChatGPT (or similar)

- Gross Salary between 15,000–18,000 RON, based on experience and skill set
