Fullstack AI Engineer

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Fullstack Developer with GenAI

Location: Poland / REMOTE

Rate: up to 185 PLN /h + VAT

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient backend solutions using Python and Node.jsDesign, implement, and optimize AI-powered applications, including LLMs, Chatbots, AI Agents, and RAG-based solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, data scientists, and frontend developers, to integrate GenAI capabilities into business applications
• Ensure high-quality code by following best practices in software development, testing, and security
• Maintain and improve frontend components using Angular, ensuring seamless user interaction with AI-powered applications

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer in large international organizations
• Strong backend expertise in Python (mandatory) and experience with either Node.js
• Understanding of GenAI, including LLM, chatbots, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with diverse teams
• Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent communication and documentation skills
• Fluent Polsih (B2 level)
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple teams
