🚗 We're Hiring: Data Scientist – Automotive AI Lab (Remote in Poland) 🎧

📍 100% Remote (Poland) | Occasional visits to Łódź when needed

Are you passionate about AI, audio, and automotive tech? Join our Automotive AI Lab and help define the future of in-cabin user experience.

You’ll work with global experts in AI/ML, automotive, and audio to build the next generation of sound experiences in vehicles and IVI (in-vehicle infotainment) systems. From large-scale data analysis to cutting-edge ML models, your work will shape how drivers and passengers hear the future.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Design and develop AI/ML solutions for advanced audio products
• Analyze large-scale audio datasets to uncover insights and patterns
• Build and optimize models for real-time, in-vehicle deployment
• Develop tools to monitor model and data quality
• Collaborate across teams to turn research into real-world impact

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 🎓 Master’s in CS or equivalent practical experience
• 📊 6+ years of experience (4+ in applied data science/big data)
• 🎧 Strong background in audio topics (beamforming, noise cancellation, immersive/binaural audio)
• 🧠 Solid grasp of DSP, audio ML technologies, and MLOps workflows (e.g., PyTorch, Kafka, Spark, DataBricks)
• 💬 Fluency in Python or R

💡 Bonus Points For

• Experience in acoustics, psychoacoustics, or sound quality benchmarking
• Knowledge of embedded deployment and AI accelerators (GPU, NPU, DSP)
• Proficiency in C++ or MATLAB
