Summary Of The Role

Your role will be focused on functional analysis: you are responsible for analyzing requirements, proposing solutions, estimating the cost, writing specifications, and coordinating every impacted actor. This is the construction side, which goes along with building a product vision. You’ll join a team of PDAs and work closely with Product Managers, Software Developers, and Quality Assurance Engineers.

Assess Requirements

In this role, you’ll find a chance to:

• Build, maintain, and share the functional knowledge of our processes, services, and end-user product usage.
• Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management.
• Size specification and validation work.
  
  

Carry Out Functional Design

• Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications, and present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders.
• Interface with relevant divisions and departments to identify interactions with other Amadeus applications and ensure functional compatibility.
  
  

Overview Validation

• Validate the product to ensure compliance with the delivered functionality and system integrity, and give sign-off.
• Ensure production integrity by investigating, validating, and prioritizing reported incidents.
  
  

Manage Relations With Key Stakeholders

• Interface and communicate with Product Management, Project Management, Amadeus Customer Services, Implementation, Migration, and Development teams.
• Interface with the customer during requirements understanding, functional specification, testing, and implementation phases.
  
  

About The Ideal Candidate

• Excellent analysis & design skills
• Knowledge of UML diagrams
• Experience with Postman and API testing is highly desirable
• SCRUM/Agile methodologies
• Experience as a Scrum Master is nice to have
• Understanding of different test tool applications
• Ability to write clear and structured documentation
• Fluency in English
• Good written and verbal communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interact and communicate successfully with business partners and technology teams
