Description;

• Following macroeconomic indicators, conducting market analysis and industry evaluations specific to the tire and automotive industry, and providing consultancy to both sales team and customers in all channels,
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate business reports and dashboards that support key strategic decisions,
• Focusing on channel strategies and retail development,
• Identifying growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and innovation areas across various business units,
• Supporting cross-functional teams with scenario planning and growth modelling,
• Preparing annual budget and 5-year macro business plan,
• Tracking performance metrics and providing recommendations for continuous improvement,
• Collaborating with management on strategic projects and corporate development initiatives,
• Utilizing BI Tools and data platforms to deliver clear and insightful analytics,
• Working on geo-marketing tools to develop strategies to increase POS

Qualifications;

• University Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering departments
• Min. 3-4 of experience in Strategic Planning or/and Business Intelligence
• Willing to work intensely with top management
• Advance knowledge of MS Office applications especially in Excel
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Native level Turkish is a must
• System knowledge (Power BI, SAP)
• Strong analytical and problem solving & negotiation skills, attention to details and high sense of responsibility
