Job Description

We are seeking three Oracle HR Specialists to support a highly sensitive client. Candidates must have a strong background in Oracle Human Resources (HR) modules. The role involves managing, configuring, and optimizing HR systems to ensure seamless HR operations and compliance.

  • 3+ years of experience working with Oracle HR or HRMS modules.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle HCM Cloud HR modules.
  • Solid experience with Core HR, SSHR, and related HR functions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data and operate in high-security environments.
  • Oracle certification in HR or HCM modules.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, etc.) and basic technical troubleshooting.
